Reveal & roll
At reveal, the slothash seeds a deterministic generator. The affix engine — open source, byte-for-byte identical in your browser and on-chain — rolls base type, tier, affixes, and rarity from that seed. Replay it yourself from the seed on your item.
Canonical on-chain
The rolled stats live in a program-owned account (PDA), not mutable JSON. Quick mints (one transaction) cap at Legendary; the commit-reveal path is the only road to Mythic 1/1000.
